SCREECH Participants: You can find the full instructions on how to sign up for SCREECH coaching here.
Each participant will have at least two coaching session from either CWOVC or RCEL coaches.
Please select the earliest available sessions to allow yourself ample preparation time. If the early coaching sessions go unfilled, we cannot add new sessions later.
Signing up CWOVC coaching sessions:
These coaching sessions are with student coaches Steven Perry, Keith McCall, or Jane Evans.
1. Go to https://cwovc.rice.edu.
2. Select SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT option on the left.
3. Sign in with NetID/Password. Make sure to select SCREECH Fall 2016 from the dropdown menu.
4. Make sure SCREECH calendar is selected at the top of the scheduler.
5. Sign up for the available coaching sessions with either Steven Perry, Keith McCall, or Jane Evans.
Please do NOT select General Consultations.
Signing up RCEL coaching sessions:
These coaching session are with Tina Peterson and Jan Hewitt
1. Go to this Google Calendar (Contact Krishna if you cannot access the calendar and she can manually add you).
2. Select the available appointment slots you would like to accept for coaching session. Send a confirmation email to Krishna at kb32 at rice.edu.
